Your Special Blue-Print To Refer 10 Leaders To Your Team In The Next Hour

“I can barely get any opt-ins, and when I refer others to my downline, none of them ever do anything!”

Do you know how many times I’ve heard that and have experienced myself?!

More times then I’d like to admit!:)

 

This is an issue that almost every single marketer, even the successful ones, struggle with at times.

Especially during the slow times of the year!

Have ever wished and desired to see more of your down-line, being massive producers while earning a ton themselves, and helping you earn more as well???

 

That’s always been most of our dreams, to refer only a handful of people, have them become massive leaders, and produce all of the income for you. And, most marketers have been taught that system actually works…

IT doesn’t! As I’m sure you’ve already figured out by now.

The question now is…..

How do you start referring people and turn them into successful leaders??

 

I’ve very recently and thankfully have learned the simple solution to this problem that everyone faces.

It’s about…3 Things you must do…. Engage….Build Rapport….Connect…

DON’T WORRY!

I’m going to explain how to utilize these 3 methods today to start referring multiple powerful leaders every day!

 

Let’s start off with engagement.
What’s engagement??

I’ve found so far. That engagement means bringing in a team of people,

in the most magnetic and attractive way.

 

“Woah, what in the world does that mean??!”

 

With your advertising and traffic, whether you’re using blogging marketing, safelist and TE marketing, social media marketing, more, or ALL of the above…

Your squeeze pages and funnel should be of the highest quality. Whatever that may be for you.

Along with that. This mean’s you’ve tried and tested, finding the squeeze page that converts the best and brings in the most people.
It also, should lead to a page, that encourages the lead to communicate/contact you in some way or form.

Such as through one of your social media pages, your blog, or by emailing you back.

 

This creates a connection between yourself and the lead. Developing trust and a relationship.

 

Secondly, with engagement, you should be engaging as many people as you possibly can.

This means sending as much traffic to your squeeze pages as possible, because

that means more team members!

 

Alright, so you can engage now with your prospects, and know that you need to use the best converting squeeze page, that leads to them engaging with you in some way.

GREAT!
You’re already 2x more likely to succeed then other marketers at this point.
Let’s bring that to 4x!:)

 

Building rapport, and I mean massive rapport.

“Jon…What is rapport??”
First of all, it’s pronounced, “ruh-poor”

Rapport is the connecting, and mutual good feelings, trust, etc, between you and another individual.

“How in the h-e double hockey sticks (ll) do you build rapport??”
It’s all about questions, and engagement on your part as well.

You see, most people won’t go out of there way to connect and talk with you.

However, most people, will always talk back if you start the conversation.

 

“How do I get started???”

 

Either through emailing your leads, messaging your social media followers, commenting back on your blog,

or sending an email directly to an individual. You begin asking questions about them, ask how they’ve been doing, what they’ve been marketing, what they’ve been struggling with,  have a conversation!

Engage, build rapport, and you’ll connect with each individual and build trust!:)

GREAT!:)

Now you know how to build rapport.
The final secret of the saucy sauce is:)…
Connect!

This is bringing it all together.
After you’ve engaged with someone, and built rapport.

You need to bring them onto your team.
Whether it’s a suggestion, an offer you’re making to help them solve one of their problems,

a blatant invite to join your team, or something similar.

You need to ask the question, and have them join you.
At this point, it’s INSANELY more easy to have them join, and they’ll want to join you almost

automagically?!:)

“Impossible”.

I say, “NO!:)”

 

Since you already brought them through the point of engagement, and building rapport, they’ve started to trust you, and want to join your team.
Wanna know why???:)

Because you look like a leader at this point;)
Now, let’s say, you make the deal!
They join your team, and are ready to get started!

SWEET!:)

NOW…This is where most people stumbled and ask themselves…

“What now???”

Well…

It’s exactly the process that you just went through:)
See what I did there??:)
You JUST went through the process of becoming a leader.

Now, you simply need to have your team go through that same or similar process.

 

What’s this mean???
You must teach people how to engage, build rapport, and CONNECT

with their own team, leads, and prospects!:)

It’s truly that simple.

How great will it feel having 10 LEADERS on your team instead of 10 tire kickers??:)

I know it would make me feel pretty damn great.

 

So what’s your task to complete if you want 10 LEADERS to join you in the next hour??

  1. Engage, build rapport, and connect. With your email list, blog, blog followers, social media marketing, Skype friends and list of great individuals you trust, personal friends interested in marketing, any other form you can think of.
  2. After you’ve done #1. You should show them the same process! Whether you send them to this blog post, or send them the information in your own way. However you do it, make sure they understand the process, otherwise they’ll be a tire kicker instead of a leader!

#3 Gets to be by it’s own it’s that important:)

#3 is following up with your team leaders, messaging them and encouraging them everyday, and having them do the same for their team!

 

Don’t you think that by doing the above, you’ll be able to create a very strong team

that will earn much faster then others???:)
